Sprayberry High School Students on Renny in culdesac

After the crime watch program signs were installed, I've noticed the lack of mass congregation on the cul-de-sac ... so far.  But if you look up on the sidewalk, most of the students are smoking cigarettes and congregating at the end of the backyard fences between the two homes bordering the sidewalk path to Sprayberry High.

Are they like criminals knowing that they don't dare breach the perceived safety of the chain-link-fence?

Are they still tossing their cups, smokes, and garbage into the backyards of the two homes even after one resident placed a garbage can nearby to collect the waste?

I thought teenagers were concerned with the environment?

Each post is intended to be information about or for the benefit of Village North Subdivision including events, garage sales, or affecting us in some way. I welcome any news or information about the neighborhood and will share what I think might be of some use, benefit, or just to let you know what is going on.
