Now that there is one Crime Watch designated area within the subdivision near Sprayberry, the drug trafficking - high school student loitering problems have greatly diminished.
According to Cobb County Police, the main problems in areas of Cobb is that people leave personal and valuable belongings inside their car (visible from the) outside and unlocked at night. Police recommend taking out all valuables and locking the cars. I personally know of a person who left her purse in the unlocked car on driveway in middle of storm only to find it missing the next morning.
